1. Purpose of Collection and Use

Keepgoing Inc. (the "Company") processes personal information to provide the Cory service for the following purposes: • Service provision and operation • Member management and identity verification • AI analysis, speech recognition and conversation • Service improvement and development of new services • Compiling statistics on service usage • Marketing and advertising (only with consent) • Handling customer inquiries and complaints

2. Items Collected

(1) Information collected via social login • LINE login: LINE ID, email [Required] • Apple login: Apple ID, email [Required] • Google login: Google ID, email, name [Required] (2) Information collected while using the service • Device information (device ID, OS version) • Service usage records • Voice data and conversation transcripts generated during AI calls (3) Optional items • Name or nickname • Profile picture

3. Retention and Use Period

• Upon account withdrawal: destroyed without delay (except where retention is required by law) • Retention required by relevant laws: - Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years - Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years - Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years

4. Provision to Third Parties

As a rule, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except: • When the user has given prior consent • When required by law, or requested by an investigative agency in accordance with legally prescribed procedures

5. Entrustment of Processing

The Company entrusts the processing of personal information to the following providers to operate the service: • OpenAI, L.L.C. — AI conversation, summaries, text-to-speech (voice data, conversation text) • Anthropic, PBC — AI conversation (conversation text) • Microsoft Corporation (Azure) — pronunciation assessment (voice data) • ElevenLabs, Inc. — text-to-speech (conversation text) • Amplitude, Inc. — service usage analytics (usage records, device info) • OneSignal, Inc. — push notifications (push token, device info) • AppsFlyer Ltd. — install attribution (advertising identifier, device info, usage records) • RevenueCat, Inc. — subscription / payment management (purchase records, device identifier)

6. Cross-Border Transfer

Because the providers above are located outside Japan and Korea, personal information may be transferred overseas in the course of providing the service. Items, destination countries and the providers are as listed in Section 5; transfer occurs over an encrypted network at the time of service use. By using the service, you consent to such transfer.

7. Destruction Procedures and Methods

• Electronic files: destroyed using technical methods that prevent recovery or reproduction • Paper documents: shredded or incinerated

8. User Rights
